Yes, you can collect your order between 9:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday. Just select the ‘Click&Collect’ option during online checkout.

Every collection will be prepared by the following day before noon. Provide your mobile number and email address when placing your order, and you will receive a text and email notification as soon as your online order is ready for pickup. This helps avoid any unnecessary trips or extended waiting periods.

Certainly, kindly contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, ensuring the items are in a resalable condition. Please reach out to request your returns authorization, which must accompany the returned items. Ensure that all items are returned in a resalable condition within 60 days of delivery.

The following items cannot be returned: Face masks & coverings, underwear, clearance items, any items that have been customised in any way, print & embroidery supplies, items that are sealed for hygiene reasons.

Upon receiving your returns, we will send you an email notification. Once our team has thoroughly checked the items, we will proceed with processing your refund. Our goal is to complete this entire process within 5 days.

Certainly. All the products we offer are produced by wholesale brands and are intended for resale. You are welcome to customize or re-label the garments and market them under your own brand.
